Personality:
Not much is known about the man in general, he prefers to keep to the very few people that he has deemed trustworthy enough.
However, rumor has it that he is a very kind and generous man, and that he always knows just the right thing to say.
He is suave, patient and well spoken, and so far, he seems to have managed the City just fine.

History:
Born as the third son of a fairly successful and politically active merchant, he was never quite given as much love or attention as his older brothers. But his family was fairly big; many mothers, many sisters, many brothers, it was pretty much a regular family and he was given as much attention and love as any of the other children.

It just wasn't as much as the first and second born son, the two being prepared to take over business as soon as they would come of age. Duncuhn never seemed to care much about it either. He was living in the lap of luxury after all. It wasn't until the age of 12, that he came to take an interest in politics, actively pursuing knowledge of it and it is unknown to this day as to why.

He would learn from his father, whenever he could be taken away from work of from his older brothers, and a lot from his brothers, seeing how they had by far more time to teach him. But they alone were never quite enough of a ressource to satisfy his hunger. Soon he associated himself with the sons and daughters of men of high political value, mainly those who were not firstborns. They knew just enough to help him reach the right people, persuade them into spilling their secrets.

His rise to knowledge was silent, albeit extremely hard to remain undetected and unnoticed. It was by far safer to play it that way. Political positions of high value were not only highly sought out, but also highly feared. One would survive for two years if lucky, but most disappeared within days of registration. Nobody ever new what exactly happened to them, but it didn't take a genius to guess that there were assassinations at hand. Generally, when somebody in Sargas was to oppose the general rule of society, they had a tendency to never be seen again.

Duncuhn learned of this by first hand, his two elder brothers and his father disappearing one by one within the range of two years after he had reached the age of 16. The family mourned, the eldest son of 18 now in charge of the business, as well as the family. His hard earned skills and knowledge had payed off however. He was very persuasive and always got what he wanted, whenever it came to business, and his associates valued him for his hard work. However, it wasn't until the age of 20 that he had managed to take his first wife and secure himself the position as the Governor of Sargas.

It wasn't hard to actually be given the seat of Governor, most people of name and rank expecting for the man to fail and disappear like many before him. Oh no, it was by far harder to keep the throne to himself and his family that welcomed its heir barely a year after, given to him by his first (and main) wife. Nobody is really sure how he does it. Assassination attempts must have been made several times by now, but his reign, which has been going on for 8 years now, was never taken from him.

Duncuhn is equally revered and feared for this accomplishment.

Additional Info:
+ His very first wife is and will always be his main wife. He values the woman quite a lot.
+ Will usually be seen smiling and speaking with a gentle voice.
+ Is an excellent Governor, taking care of the most important things concerning the City.
+ Can't really be seen in pulic all that often. There is only very rare, public events in which he shows himself and maybe even talks to other people other than his trusted few.
